Knowing the limit of your heart. Even when exercising regularly can have risk for heart disease still? Many of us like to exercise regularly and exercise trend such as running and cycling have become hugely popular among many. This leads to many people upping their exercise game and more people looking to exercise as something they can enjoy. Exercise can help to optimize the level of blood pressure, fats, blood sugar, weight and coronary heart disease. So then why do we still see individuals who exercise regularly or even sport athletes get heart diseases? From the data, it is found that heart diseases in sport athletes has to do with their age group. In group less than 35 years, most of them experience hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (an illness that result from thicker heart muscle than normal) or severe case of arrhythmia. In group above 35 years, most of them experience coronary artery disease Even though exercise can help to reduce the risk of coronary artery disease and keep our body looking healthy from outside, it does not mean that the health of the heart is the same. Gastric acid reflux, behavioral change. Acid reflex is a medical condition that stem from bad behavioral habits such as lack of sleep and eating routine. This medical condition can occur when there are high concentration of stomach acid coming up to the esophagus, which is not acid tolerant, and cause burning sensation. Causes of gastric acid reflux stem from incorrect habits such as bad eating habits that consist of eating snacks and having meals at time that the body is not used to, eating fast, consumption of spicy food, intake of alcoholic drinks, coffee and soda, eating before sleeping and smoking. Gastric Acid reflux has similar symptoms to gastritis (a medical condition relating to stomach) such as stomach ache, inflammation of lining of the stomach, acidic burb and bitter after taste in the mouth. It also includes indigestion. The symptoms can be categorized into 2 system: Symptoms relating to digestive tract such as throat pain, difficulty swallowing, chest pressure or chest pain from indigestion, sensation of sour or bitter liquid coming back up to the mouth.
