“Praram 9 Hospital” in collaboration with seven hospitals, both public and private, in Thailand, including Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, Samitivej Hospital Group, Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital, Navavet Hospital, and BBH Hospital, has joined hands with Naver Cloud Corp., a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) from South Korea, to organize the “DHTC BANGKOK 2023: Digital Healthcare Transformation Conference.” This conference marks the first-ever exchange of knowledge in the field of advanced healthcare technology and expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) in medicine between Thailand and Korea.
Dr. Satian Pooprasert, the director of Praram 9 Hospital, stated, “This marks the first time that Praram 9 Hospital has engaged in knowledge exchange in the field of technology with a leading company like Naver Cloud Corp., a forefront Cloud Service Provider from South Korea. Associate Professor Dr. Raweerat Sitcharungsi, a pediatrician specializing in allergies and immunology and a consultant for the Praram 9 V Online Hospital, revealed, “For the DHTC BANGKOK 2023: Digital Healthcare Transformation Conference, our focus will be on cutting-edge healthcare technology and expertise in medical artificial intelligence (AI) that shapes the future. She also highlighted the participation of renowned medical experts from both South Korea and Thailand in the conference. Moreover, there will be presentations on the results of experiments involving medical technology developed through collaborations between hospitals and Korean companies.”
Associate Professor Dr. Raweerat went on to explain, “Not only is that, but our group of partner hospitals and companies also presenting perspectives on medical technology from Korean companies that have allowed hospitals to experiment with their innovations. This collaboration involves Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, Samitivej Hospital Group, Navavet Hospital, BBH Hospital, and Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital, in conjunction with Korean companies such as MTEG in the field of Surgical Video Platform, Curaum for Oral Environment Originated Healthcare Solutions, QTT for Easy Detection of Oral Diseases using Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, CRESCOM for AI Medical Solutions in Musculoskeletal System and Child Growth, EMOCOG for Digital Screening Tools for Dementia and ADHD, and Ichrogene for AI Disease Prediction based on Genome Big Data.”
